In 2005, the first indemnity insurance for professional homoeopaths was realised by JPHMA. This achievement gave professional homoeopaths the ability to practice homoeopathy without anxiety and increase their social standing.

| Certifying examination to register as professional homoeopaths |
Since 1999, JPHMA has been conducting certifying examinations with cooperation from the Homoeopathic Medical Association (HMA) in the U.K. Since 2006, JPHMA has started to conduct our own examination.
The Alliance of Registered Homeopaths (ARH) also accepts JPHMA members. JPHMA also started to certify Animal homoeopaths system.

| Educational activities for improving professional homoeopaths skill |
Since 2006, renewal system has been introduced. Members are expected to upkeep their skills up through attending Annual Congress, lectures by overseas lecturers, and lectures for continuous professional development.

JPHMA approves and guides Nihon homoeopathy centres in various places in Japan, which are run by JPHMA registered homoeopaths.

Since 2006, JPHMA has joined ICH. (It is made up of ECCH, which is the biggest homoeopathic organization in the world.) JPHMA is working on giving a presentation at homoeopathic conference, contributing an article to homoeopathic journals, exchanging information, and contributing donation internationally.
