昭和25年京都市生まれ。京都市立堀川高校卒業。
He was born in Kyoto in 1950. Graduated from Kyoto Horikawa high school.

子宮頚がん予防ワクチンについては「民族根絶やしワクチン」と警告、日本導入前から「危険ワクチンＳＴＯＰ作戦」を展開し、公開質問状を出して地道な情報公開活動を行う。また、「籾米備蓄」による国内の食糧自給などによる「自立再生論」を提言するなど農業問題にも精通する。専門の憲法分野では、独自の研究により新たな占領憲法無効論を完成させ、平成4年5月に、今上陛下に「占領憲法無効宣言」を諌疏する天皇請願を行なう。
He warned about HPV vaccine by calling it 'The vaccine to exterminate races'. He had developed a steady disclosure activity called 'A strategy of stopping dangerous vaccines' before HPV vaccine was introduced to Japan by submitting open questions. He is also familiar with agricultural problem by advocating 'theory of independence reproduction' by domestic self-sustenance 'storage of unhulled rice'. In his specialty, a field of the constitution, he completed a new invalidity theory of constitution by the occupation forces and submitted a petition to Emperor Akihito.

著書には「日本国憲法無効宣言」（渡部昇一氏との共著、ビジネス社）などがある。
主著「國體護持（初版）」を平成20年8月にインターネット上にて公開。
